We put our name on the work: a bill reviewed line by line, unnecessary costs addressed, and negotiated rates and protections documented. You see what was removed, what was reduced, what still belongs on the bill, and which rate protections are in place. Then we check monthly invoices against those terms and challenge charges outside the agreement. That is the Waste Certified standard.

What the review covers:
A completed review shows the outcome of these checks, including charges that remain. An account moves through plain statuses: under review while we work the bill, negotiating while terms are on the table, and certified as of a date once the checks are done, the terms are documented, and an invoice confirms the agreed changes. A bill is not certified just because a file was received. Account changes are carried out under the authority in your signed savings agreement.
Your savings agreement sets out the fee and the account work we are authorized to perform. Once it is signed, we manage the covered changes and keep you informed. A necessary hauler change is handled as a separate exception under the agreement.
